Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

Using ChordLine

ChordLine is a booking and money-tracking tool for working bands. By creating an account, you agree to use it to manage your own band's real gigs, venues, and finances, and not to store or process data on behalf of people who have not agreed to these terms.

Your data

You own the gig, venue, song, and money data you enter into ChordLine. This data is stored to provide the service and is not sold to third parties.

Connected services

Optional integrations (Google Calendar, LocationIQ venue search, and the AI assistant) are each subject to their own provider's terms in addition to these. Connecting Google Calendar grants ChordLine read-only access to one calendar you choose; see the Privacy Policy for details on what that means.

No warranty

ChordLine is provided as-is. Reasonable effort is made to keep gig, money, and sync data accurate, but you are responsible for verifying important details (dates, fees, payment status) directly with venues before relying on them for real bookings.

Account termination

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. Accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms may be suspended.

Changes

These terms may be updated as ChordLine evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to the support contact listed on the sign-up and app store pages.
